This document explains how to configure alerts to appear on a Discord server.

Discord configuration

To mention a role or user, use its numeric ID instead of its display name.

To obtain the numeric ID in Discord, perform the following steps to enable Developer Mode:

1. Click User settings.

2. Click Appearance.

3. Click Developer Mode.

4. Click enable.

Now you right-click any user, message, channel, or server and then click copy ID to obtain its numeric ID.
