Let’s get started with 360!

Requirements

• We have tested 360 on the latest versions of Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox.

Login

To log in to 360, go to www.platform360.io and log in with your 360 account.

Note:

* If you enable Multifactor Authentication (MFA), enter the 6-digit code from your MFA app in the Enter your one-time code text box.

* If you forgot your password, click _Forgot your password?_, enter your email address, and click _Send_ to receive instructions on how to recover your account.

After you log in, the 360 Dashboard will appear.

Sign-up

If you do not have a 360 account, perform the following steps to sign up for one:

1. Go to platform360.io and click Sign-up.

2. Enter your email address as your 360 user name.

3. If you have active Plesk licenses, use the same email address you used to buy those.

4. If you own multiple Plesk accounts to manage your server licenses, you can add them later.

5. Enter a secure password for your account. To automatically generate a secure password, click Generate.

6. Enter your first and last names.

7. Select the checkbox to agree to the Plesk 360 Terms of Use. !!! info "Note:" To receive additional marketing content from Plesk and WebPros group, select the checkbox next to Platform updates and commercial communication. This is optional.

8. Click Sign-Up. The system will send you a verification email.

9. Click the link in the verification email and log in with your new account.

10. The 360 Dashboard will appear.
