What is happening to Nixstats?¶

Nixstats has joined the WebPros Group family and is now integrated into 360 Monitoring. Information on this acquisition is available here:

As part of this acquisition, we will be migrating all Nixstats customers to 360 Monitoring.

Why did we decide to migrate Nixstats customers to the new service?¶

Nixstats' infrastructure is outdated and requires renovation; we cannot guarantee security protection due to the difficulty of supporting the legacy code and infrastructure. We need to migrate Nixstats customers to our more modern solution, which inherits the best practices implemented by Nixstats but in a completely renewed and more reliable infrastructure and technology stack.

What should I expect as a Nixstats customer?¶

We will stop billing for your Nixstats account effective July 1st, 2025.

As a Nixstats customer, you will receive instructions on how to migrate your account to the new monitoring service. This service is available at https://monitoring.platform360.io/nixstats

We are working to enhance the monitoring service and improve the user experience. The new experience will be released in Q3, 2025.

Before the new experience is rolled out to your accounts, you should migrate to https://monitoring.platform360.io/nixstats, which is an already updated instance of Nixstats.
We are aiming for feature parity. Currently, we are developing several features to bring 360 Monitoring fully in line with the Nixstats feature set. Here are the differences between Nixstats and 360 Monitoring:

What will happen if I stay with Nixstats and do not migrate?¶

Nixstats' infrastructure will sunset on September 30th, 2025.

If you do not migrate your account and data by that date, you will lose access to both Nixstats and 360 Monitoring.

What is a Webpros Account, and why should I use it?¶

We at WebPros care a lot about security for our users; that's why we introduced WebPros Account and SSO as a security measure to protect the accounts of all our users. WebPros Account is a user’s profile with associated authentication credentials, that can be used across the entire WebPros products portfolio. That’s why we ask you to sign up in the WebPros Account system before you navigate a particular product/service (such as monitoring).

Will I lose my data after migration?¶

If you consent to the migration, you will not lose any data, and it will all be available in the 360 Monitoring interface. If you do not consent to the migration, you will lose access to your account and its associated data on September 30th, 2025.

How do I get my data from Nixstats to 360 Monitoring?¶

After you log in to 360 Monitoring, the Nixstats agent will send your data to 360 Monitoring. No manual action is required on your end other than consenting to the data migration after you log in to your WebPros account.

Do I have to change my Nixstats agent to another one?¶

We recommend that you install the 360 Monitoring agent. However, because we care about your experience and want to make this process seamless, you do not need to install the 360 Monitoring agent during the migration.

How much does 360 Monitoring cost?¶

Pricing plans are listed in the table below. However, because we appreciate you being our user during this transition period, and we will provide you with free access to the highest plan until the September 30th, 2025.
